If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Return and Exchange Policy.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
You are entitled to cancel Your unfulfilled Order within 48 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for Returns is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the purchaser, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email:
We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Product that are bought from any Physical Stores or 13North vendors can not be returned. Only Items bought online via 13NorthPlaza are eligible for return and will be processed if conditions are met.
PLEASE NOTE THAT GOODS BOUGHT FROM 13 NORTHPLAZA CAN BE RETURNED ONLY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
IF ONE OR ALL OF THOSE CONDITIONS ARE MET 13 NORTH PLAZA WILL EITHER REFUND OR REPLACE THE ITEM AT THE CUSTOMER’S Request.

REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product has been damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
After we receive your product, it will be will inspected and your refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you used during the purchase.
RETURNED GOODS COLLECTION
A 13NorthPlaza representative will collect your returned Goods. You will be asked to sign an official document stating that you are returning the Goods in the condition in which you received them.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
