REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 5 days of your purchase. If the product has been damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 5 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product was not used, damaged or soiled
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase i.e. order number and payment transaction number

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

After we receive your product, it will be will inspected and your refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you used during the purchase.

RETURNED GOODS COLLECTION

A 13NorthPlaza representative will collect your returned Goods. You will be asked to sign an official document stating that you are returning the Goods in the condition in which you received them.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Return Your Item

Please read our refund policy on the left, before submitting your request. Items which do not meet our Return Policy can not be returned.

    We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
